The Belmond-Klemme girls’ last home basketball game Feb. 4 was against the North Union Warriors.

The Warriors jumped to a big lead early, stopping the Broncos on offense. NU’s fast-paced offense gave B-K trouble as they fell behind 20-4 by the end of the first quarter. B-K turnovers in the next period didn’t help as the Warriors capitalized on the mistakes. NU led 31-8 at halftime.

The Warriors continued to roll, even as the Broncos tried their best to stay with the talented team.  The Broncos just couldn’t find the basket as NU claimed the victory, 62-24.
