  The South Hamilton Hawks came to Belmond July 1 for a non-conference match-up.

  The Hawks jumped to an early lead, scoring one run in the first. B-K answered back as Easton Barrus led off the inning with a homer over the left field fence to tie the game.

  The Hawks scored two runs in the second and one more in the third to take a 4-1 lead. B-K struggled at the plate, not scoring again until the fifth inning. Max Beminio was walked in the first at-bat and came around to score on a passed ball.

  SH scored nine more runs to end the game early, 13-2.
