  The Belmond-Klemme boys basketball team hosted the Warriors from North Union for the last home game of the season Feb. 4.

  The Broncos jumped to a quick lead before the Warriors took over late. NU led 12-10 at the end of the first quarter. The Broncos battled back and reclaimed the lead, 28-26, heading into the half. The Bronco defense had five steals in the first half and an outstanding offensive rebounding.

  The second half was a back-and-forth effort by both teams. Both teams were in for a battle as the score board read 43-43 at the end of the third quarter. The Broncos used home court advantage, with a loud crowd and familiar place, to push ahead of the Warriors and never look back. The Broncos captured the 57-51 victory.
